Terms & Conditions For Student Registration Form
Parents/Guardians are requested to sign on the Terms and Conditions in recognition of their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will apply upon enrolment at The Edu Experience:
PROGRAMS & CLASSES
There are three types of learning programs at The Edu Experience:
- Unlimited Tuition
- Fixed Class
- On registration, your child will be enrolled in a scheduled weekly lesson (English / Mathematics / Science)
- This fixed class will be conducted on the same day and time every week
- No booking is needed for this slot
- Selection of preferred day and time is subject to availability
- Extra Class
- You may book extra classes for your child in the subject enrolled through The Edu Experience Mobile App
- Each child may book up to 3 extra subject lessons per week
- Booking of extra lessons is subject to availability
- Fixed Class
- Booking Cut-Off Time

- Booking must be made in advance. The cut-off time is 12 noon of previous day.

ACADEMIC TERM
The Edu Experience’s calendar for Academic Year 2025 is as follows:
Term 1 : | 1 November 2024 | to | 31 January 2025 |
Term 2 : | 1 February 2025 | to | 30 April 2025 |
Term 3 : | 1 May 2025 | to | 31 July 2025 |
Term 4: | 1 August 2025 | to | 31 October 2025 |
There will not be any lessons on gazetted public holidays. The Edu Experience may also be scheduled to close on certain centre-declared holidays.
The Centre provides a continuous curriculum during the school holidays in March, June, September, and at the end of the year.
LESSON FEES
The Edu Experience will collect the respective lesson fees on a termly basis prior to the commencement of each academic term. The termly fee is inclusive of GST at the prevailing rates:
Primary 4 to Primary 6: $1,395 per term for each subject
There is no registration fee or deposit required. All lesson fees are inclusive of course materials. Fee payment must be made within 5 days of class confirmation for new students.
There will be no make-up classes for lessons missed due to illness, public holidays or on dates that The Edu Experience is scheduled to close. Students are able to book subject lessons in the same week for free if they have missed lessons (refer to Unlimited Tuition section above).
FEE PAYMENT DATES
Fees for Academic Year (2025) are due on the following dates:
Term 1 : 20 October 2024
Term 2 : 20 January 2025
Term 3 : 20 April 2025
Term 4 : 20 July 2025
Lesson fees for the respective academic terms must be paid in full and received by The Edu Experience by the due dates stated above.
Reserved lesson slots may be cancelled if payment is not received on time.
All payments made are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and non-negotiable.
PAYMENT MODES
The invoice will be sent via WhatsApp to the registered mobile number with The Edu Experience. By clicking on the given link, payment can be made via PayNow or credit card.
WITHDRAWAL
If you’d like to terminate your child’s enrolment with The Edu Experience, we will require you to complete and submit the form at least one (1) month before the last day of the term. You can obtain the withdrawal form by contacting us.
The Edu Experience requires the student to be enrolled for a minimum of one term. If you wish to withdraw your child, we will require one month’s written notice of withdrawal before the last day of the term.
Should your child wish to withdraw and terminate lessons with The Edu Experience before the term ends, The Edu Experience will not be able to offer any refund for the remaining lessons.
For TEE Membership withdrawal, you will be charged at $465 (TEE Prevailing Fee) per subject per month for the months signed up for and the balance will be refunded

CENTRE’S RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Edu Experience reserves the right to do any or all of the following, in its sole discretion, as it may from time to time deem necessary:
- Make all changes to the conduct of classes, including but not limited to, transferring, combining, dividing or dissolving a class, changing the teachers, rescheduling classes, and varying the manner in which classes are conducted it deems appropriate.
- Refuse entry to the Student if the Student is deemed to be unwell, or if The Edu Experience has reason to believe that the Student has been in contact with or has been exposed to another Student or person who is harbouring or is likely to or is suspected to harbour the agents of an Infectious Disease; and
- The Edu Experience reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate the Student with immediate effect from or to any or all classes in the event that the Parents and/or Student breaches any provisions of the Contract, or The Edu Experience deems, in its sole discretion, that the Parents and/or Student demonstrates behaviour that is detrimental to the welfare or safety of the Staff or other parents and students of The Edu Experience.
Without prejudice to the generality of this clause, examples of when The Edu Experience may exercise its right include (but is not limited to) cases where Parents and/or Student:

- Cause or threaten to cause physical injury to other parents, students and/or Staff for any reason;
- Use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards other parents, students and/or Staff;
- Harass, cause alarm or distress to other parents, students and/or Staff;
- Fail to comply with any policy, guidelines, code of conduct, regulation, notice, direction or instruction given by The Edu Experience or any Staff in relation to the conduct of classes or the use of The Edu Experience’s premises or items or any matter relating to the provision of the Services;
- Persistently behave in a manner that is disruptive and prevents the continuation of classes or the provision of the Services;
- Use, disclose or disseminate any of The Edu Experience ’s copyright material without obtaining The Edu Experience’s prior written consent; or
- Do not pay any fees payable to The Edu Experience and which are outstanding and remain unpaid as at the first week of commencement of the Term.
Should any investigations be deemed by The Edu Experience (in its sole discretion) to be necessary or appropriate, the Student may be suspended or terminated from any or all classes pending such investigation.
